Privacy Policy

Omalos is operated by BSP Logistics Inc ("Omalos," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Omalos app and website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account information. Name, email address, phone number, and company details you provide when you create an account.

Load and document data. The Rate Confirmation PDFs you attach or upload (or photograph, if you're working from a hard copy), photos or files of signed Bills of Lading ("BOLs") or Proofs of Delivery ("PODs") you upload, and data our system extracts from those documents. Extracted data may include load numbers, rates, broker names and addresses, dates, and other information needed to create an invoice.

Invoice and billing data. Invoices generated on your behalf, the brokers and customers you bill, and your subscription and payment history.

Payment information. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly.

Usage data. Basic device and app usage information used to keep the service reliable and diagnose problems.

• To extract information needed to generate, prepare, and send invoices on your behalf
• To deliver invoices and related documents to brokers, factoring companies, customers, or other recipients you direct
• To process subscription payments and manage your account
• To provide customer support
• To maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability of the app
• To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of our Terms of Service
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights

We share information only as needed to operate Omalos, provide the services you request, comply with law, protect the service, or with your direction.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Omalos, including:

• Cloud infrastructure and database hosting providers, including Supabase
• Payment processors, including Stripe
• Transactional email providers and our omalos.io email infrastructure, including when we send invoices and related documents to recipients you direct
• Document text extraction and OCR providers, used solely to process and read data from the documents you upload or attach
• Professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, or the security of the service

We do not sell your personal information. Invoices and supporting documents generated or sent through Omalos may be shared with brokers, factoring companies, customers, or other recipients you direct as part of the core function of the service.

You choose which Rate Confirmation PDFs, BOLs, PODs, and other documents to attach or upload to Omalos. Please do not upload documents that you are not authorized to use or that contain information you do not want processed through the service.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly in the app (Settings → Delete Account), or by contacting support as described below.

We retain your account, load, and invoice data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with financial recordkeeping and legal obligations. Deleting your account in the app cancels any active subscription and permanently removes your account, load, and invoice data. Some information may be retained for a reasonable period when necessary for financial recordkeeping, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

You can access or update your account information at any time from within the app. You can delete your account and its data directly in the app (Settings → Delete Account), or by contacting support@omalos.io.

Omalos is a business tool intended for commercial trucking carriers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
