Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Omalos app and website, operated by BSP Logistics Inc ("Omalos," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using Omalos, you agree to these terms.

Omalos helps trucking carriers generate and send invoices using the documents already involved in a load. In the normal workflow, you attach the Rate Confirmation PDF provided by your broker (or photograph a hard copy if that's what you have) and upload a photo of the signed Bill of Lading ("BOL") or Proof of Delivery ("POD"). Omalos extracts data from those documents and uses it to build and prepare an invoice for delivery to the broker, factoring company, or other recipient you direct.

You are responsible for reviewing invoice details for accuracy before an invoice is relied upon or sent where accuracy is critical. You are also responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and your right to use the documents and information you upload or attach.

Omalos is a tool designed to help you invoice faster. It does not guarantee that extracted data will be error-free, that an invoice will be accepted, or that a broker, customer, factoring company, or other recipient will pay an invoice. Omalos is not a party to your contracts, payment arrangements, or disputes with brokers, customers, factoring companies, or other third parties.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Omalos is offered on paid subscription plans (currently Standard and Pro), billed monthly or yearly. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until canceled. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to:

• Upload, attach, submit, or use documents or information that you do not have the legal right or authorization to use
• Use Omalos to create, submit, send, or attempt to collect false, misleading, duplicate, or fraudulent invoices
• Misrepresent load details, delivery status, rates, parties, or supporting documents
• Attempt to disrupt, interfere with, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service
• Use the service in violation of applicable law, regulation, contract, or third-party rights

You may stop using Omalos and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

Omalos is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep the service accurate and reliable, but we do not guarantee that document extraction, invoice generation, email delivery, or any other service function will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, complete, or error-free.

You are responsible for reviewing all invoice details, recipient information, attachments, and supporting documents before relying on them or sending them where accuracy is critical. You are also responsible for confirming that your invoices and supporting documents comply with your agreements with brokers, customers, factoring companies, and other recipients.

Omalos does not guarantee that any invoice will be accepted, delivered, processed, funded, or paid. BSP Logistics Inc is not a party to your agreements, payment arrangements, disputes, or claims with brokers, customers, factoring companies, or other third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BSP Logistics Inc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Omalos after a change means you accept the updated terms.
